Roxell Oxsano Tunnel Fan

Roxell's corrosion resistant fan for better performance and higher efficiency. The aerodynamic design and uniquely shaped fan blade means that this tunnel fan is amongst the most powerful on the market with an airflow of 30,600 CFM and an efficiency ration of 19,7 CFM /watt. The variable speed controller means that ventilation is adjusted to requirements with lower energy consumtion and optimal wind chill effect.

The new Vuela air inlet has been designed as a replacement for the 145-VFG inlet and has an innovative V-shaped inner valve which guides the air jets for even and effective distribution of cool air throughout the poultry house. Giving excellent control from minimum to maximum capacity, the Vuela air inlet sets new standards for efficiency, durability and ease of use in ventilation technology.

AIR INLETS

TPI 3000-VFG-C

This inlet has a curved inner flap which is hinged in the centre and is suitable for most applications. Due to its design features, fresh air can also enter through the bottom of the flap. Equipped with all-round seals to prevent air leakage and curved inner corners to ensure better airflow. Available in normal opening standard version and a self-closing version on request.

TPI OMNIFLUX

The Omniflux air inlet is developed for use in very wide houses or houses with obstacles. Air flow is controlled by sliding the plate up and down on a system of unique sliders and guide rails. The Omniflux side wall inlet system is often used in houses with aviary systems where air flow is essential throughout the house.The capacity of the Omniflux has been tested by the German DLG Institution.

Scan-Air offer a range of options for standard air inlets but in addition are the ideal choice for those requiring customised size options. Manufactured from high grade polyurethane with curved flap as standard giving optimal air control with aerodynamic airflow and self-opening or spring closure options. Scan-Air will manufacture any size inlet to fit any size aperture.

AIR INLETS

TULDERHOF INLETS

The Tulderhof Black Line 4500 air inlet is constructed of high quality polyurethane with a high insulation value. Available as a self-opening or self-closing inlet. The aerodynamic airflow gives 4500 m3/hour 20 PA. The self-closing variant has the advantage of a delayed opening system if required, for example, 1 in 3 inlets opens first. Together with the option of a Jetstream valve, this gives total automatic control over the minimum ventilation. Also available are optional exterior plastic mesh frames to cover the inlet aperture.

The Scan-Air range of exhaust chimneys are constructed from high density polyurethane in a range of sizes: 370 – 920 mm diameter x chimney height 1000 – 1500 mm

Available as single- or double wall versions, these chimneys are impact resistant, UV resistant and come with a range of options. Different roof profiles are available to suit every application and a compact version is available with 80% volume reduction on shipping.
