The Aviary PRO 11 was developed to provide an individual, custom made system which can be adapted to meet virtually any customer requirement, offering a very flexible solution.
The PRO 11 aviary system is an open multi-tier system designed for optimal use of floor space in new or existing buildings. Its open structure facilitates ease of cleaning which helps to prevent red mite.
It is particularly suited for higher stocking densities and the provision of feed and water on different levels stimulates the natural behaviour of the hens. The nest depth can be adapted and can be equipped with many different types of nest and system egg belts.
The stainless steel support legs and strong drive unit for the manure belts make the system very durable and ensure a long service life. The PRO 11 also facilitates ease of management by providing a perfect overview of the birds.
The innovative design of the laying equipment facilitates easy handling and helps achieve excellent production results.

Should you require more space, more hens and more eggs, we offer the Aviary PRO 11 xxl, which has a system width of 3 metres and an extra-wide egg belt.
This aviary provides more usable area and more egg belt surface per bird than the standard variant. In addition to a higher stocking density, this also provides the producer with more flexibility with regard to egg collection.

The Aviary rearing system that grows with your pullets
The PRO Motion is a well designed rearing aviary for the rearing of pullets.Thanks to the design and the freely accessible floors, the pullets will train inside the aviary from the very beginning. They remain longer in the system and are thus well-prepared for an optimal start in floor, free-range or organic egg production. Lockable drinkers allow for targeted water training to familiarise the birds with all tiers, especially in the beginning. Less movement in the house area also results in fewer emissions, which has a positive effect on the health of the pullets.
