Roxell’s IQon Feed Controller is capable of controlling the entire feeding process throughout the site. The IQon is a user-friendly automation system that adjusts, controls and monitors the feeding and drinking process in the house.
IQon Feed Controller offers the following benefits:
• Precise control over the feeding process – combine, measure and mix the feed with precision using feed curves. These are detailed feed plans which gradually adjust the composition and quantity of feed, enabling the user to identify the best curves for their purpose. In the interests of Biosafety, an overhead feed transportation system and the IQon feed controller are ideal – the computer recognises the type of food, storage and its destination, displaying the current status. The IQon records the total and daily water consumption and calculates the water/feed ratio, facilitating monitoring to ensure the birds health and correct consumption.
• The IQon is the feed controller with touchscreen and software. The set-up for the IQon is unique to each end-user, and the control panel and user software are tailored to the housing layout, animal groups etc. A user-friendly interface on a 12” touchscreen ensures clear visualisation of data enabling ease of management. With IQon it is possible to view the status of a specific livestock group – for instance, if there are three feeding lines for hens, the IQon will display each line individually, enabling adjustments during the growing process.
• With internet connection for remote management, the IQon can be controlled with a computer, smartphone or tablet. Automatic software updates.

For all types of feed. Flex-Auger is a transport system which moves feed quickly from a central point to the poultry houses. The system is extremely powerful and is capable of carrying large amounts of feed per hour (500 kg – 10,400 kg) through tubes. Flex-Auger comes in a choice of four diameters with variable capacity.The tubes are manufactured from Novicor, known for its excellent resistance to UV rays and extreme temperatures.
The Flex-Auger system carries a ten year guarantee (see general sales conditions).In the interests of Biosecurity, Flex-Auger offers overhead feed transport from feed storage bins to an internal feeding system within the house, as well as transporting feed between houses.
