The Minimax is our most popular Feeder Pan, an automated feeding system designed for Broilers from Day 1.

There is consistent feed flow around 360o of the pan, giving efficient use of feed with three adjustable settings and automated feed system replenishment.

The Minimax comes in 4 different options and is a modular broiler feeder designed for efficient growth.  Suitable for chicks from Day 1, this patented stepped feeder pan is durable and designed for best bird performance.

The 360o self-closing flooding maximises feed intake without waste and has an anti-waste rim.  The feed opening of the pans is easily adjustable to accommodate individual feed requirements by adjusting the feed opening of the pan for the type of feed.

The control pan with sensors ensures that the feeding line and pans are filled at the correct time.  LED lights in the control pan encourage the broilers to eat from this last pan.

MultiMax™ feeder pan for the automated feeding of turkeys and ducks

MultiMax™ is an automatic pan feeding system designed to accommodate the whole growth process of ducks and turkeys up to 16kg. The feeder pan is extremely durable, simple to clean and provides a regular quantity of feed. The MultiMax™ feeder has been produced using components from the highly respected MiniMax™ feeder pan, which has been the norm in the poultry industry for over 30 years.

UNIQUE ANTI-SPILL RING
The extra collar is simple to attach once the turkeys and ducks grow larger - usually after 6 weeks of rearing. With the special anti-spill ring, the spilled food will not go to waste.

QUICK TO CLEAN
The feeder pan automatically turns when sprayed with a pressure washer. You can reach all corners of the pan from the same position. Spilled feed falls on the ring and drops back into the pan.

FEED LEVEL CONTROL

Poolai™ is an automated pan feeding system designed for rearing broiler layers. The Poolai™ feeder pan is specifically designed for the first 17 weeks of rearing. Titan™ is an automatic pan feeding system designed for heavy turkeys. It is the largest, most durable and simple to clean pan in the industry. In recent years, turkeys have experienced a great weight evolution. This extra large feeding system is designed to address the practical issues that are encountered with feeding requirements of larger and stronger turkeys.

SPECIFIC STARTER PAN FOR REARING UP TO 7 WEEKS
The oval shape prevents chicks from standing in the pan after 2 weeks. This results in more economical feed usage, because it prevents spillage and litter soiling the feed.

The Vitoo™ feeder pan is exclusive in that it is the only feeder pan in the industry that has been specifically designed for the first 18 weeks of the growth process and automatically distributes feed to day old chicks.

Roxell has integrated a rough structure into the bottom of the Vitoo™ feeder pan. When the chickens eat, their beaks rub against the rough texture of the pan bottom, which controls the growth of their beaks.

The CoMeo® round feeder pan, an automatic pan feeding system for broilers. This feeding pan is preferable if you do not want broilers inside the feeding pan. This is known as construction open feeding and does not contain a grill. It is an extremely hygienic solution for feeding; whilst still being fully accessible for broilers to feed, the broilers are unable to sleep in the feed pans.

The KiXoo® pan feeding system is designed to separate males and females whilst feeding. Adjustable windows prevent males from accessing the females’ feed.

The HaiKoo® over feeding pan is an automatic feeding system designed for broilers from Day 1.  The oval-shaped feeder pans have been proven to utilise the space of poultry houses much more efficiently than alternate pans, as the broilers have more space to move around, as well as providing additional feeding areas, typically for 16 birds instead of 14.

FEEDING LINE IS NO OBSTACLE

Flex-Auger™ feed transport with an auger for every feed group. Flex-Auger™ is a transport feeding system that allows feed to be moved efficiently from a central point to the houses. It is a dynamic system which transfers a huge amount of feed per hour through tubes. The feed transport system has a built in auger which is compatible with all categories of poultry or pig feed: mash, pellets, home-made and more. All of the feed moves entirely intact from the feeder systems to the broilers or pigs.

The feeding line with a trough dispenses the food throughout the house and eradicates selective feeding, a frequent issue with alternative feeders, for example chain feeders. The auger restricts chickens from feeding during this process and delivers a consistent feed distribution for each broiler breeder.

Galvanised metal feed storage bins ensure that feed is stored dry, nutritious and fresh. Day and night temperature variations are minimised due to the corrugated metal exterior structure. Inside the bin there is less moisture and condensation which enhances feed quality. The Galvanised feed storage bins prevent feed from congealing and the accumulation of mould.
