XP LINE – SMALL SIZE BIG POWER

The Climatec Group are the main U.K. supplier of POLA products

The user interface is simple and straightforward, combining a touch screen system with the durability and waterproof benefits of a keyboard (IP54)

The function keys display a different graphic at each screen, allowing easy and immediate use of the programme.

Programming software displays step-by-step procedures with graphics & notes.

External communication via USB which can be used to up-date the processor or to export and archives recorded during operation.

XP CLOUD App or XP Net PRO supervision software can be downloaded on your personal devices to allow remote management of the XP controllers connected to the network.

XP units are available for many different applications – contact us if you can’t see what you need listed.

XP LINE PROCESSORS

XPFA – Climate Control

Controls 10 steps of on-off ventilation

0 – 10V ventilation capable

In addition to the ambient temperature, ventilation can be conditioned by humidity, CO2, NH3 and external temperature using optional sensors.

XPFC Natural Ventilation Controller

XPFC manages the climate control of windows (up to 4 independent zones, Ventilation (0 ... 100% speed adjustment), Heating and Cooling.

In addition to room temperature, natural ventilation can be affected by humidity, CO2 (carbon dioxide), NH3 (ammonia) and external temperature. You can program the operating calendar so that the program automatically adapts to the animal growth curve day by day.

XP29 Ventilation surveyor screen showing alarm state with temperature at 25.3°C and minimum pressure alarm ongoing.
COMPUTER CONTROLS

XP29 Forced Ventilation Surveyor

XP29 works as complete alarm for a forced ventilation system, it is recommended as an independent alarm to complement your computer climate controller. Works well alongside, Q, X and XP products.

It’s separated by the installed ventilation alarm and keeps constant monitoring of:
● Mix & Max Indoor temperature
● Min & Max Indoor pressure
● Watch-dog control signal coming from the ventilation control

XP29 is supplied complete with it’s SX Temperature probe and it’s connected to the DP59/W depressiometer to keep control of the indoor static pressure (if any depressiometer is installed). The daily archives keeps a record of the following parameters:
● Recorded alarms
● Minimum, Average and Maximum indoor temperature and static pressure

XP50 Hopper Weigher

XP50 hopper weight controller for the rationed distribution of feed in breeding and weaning farms. XP50 manages the feed control on its own line of feeders by controlling the weight of the line hopper.

The principle of operation is as follows:
● At the Filling time, the Kg of feed from the ration is loaded into the hopper.
● At the Descent time, the feeders are brought down.
● At the Feeders time, feeders are started (which can also work in timing with On and Off times).
● At the Water time, water is distributed (a water-meter can be connected, to record water consumption).
● Up to 8 meals per day can be programmed.

In case of several distribution lines, XP50 can work both as a Master (on the first line) and as a Slave (on the other lines), so that the start times (hopper filling, feeders descent, feeders start, water) are set only on the Master (ensuring the synchronization of the various start), while the feed quantity to be distributed is rationed for each individual distribution line, for details see: Master/slave operation.

Digital display of XP51 bird scale showing average weight 36 grams and other measurement statistics.
COMPUTER CONTROLS

XP51 Auto Bird Weigher

Records the weight of the birds by a multi-weighing system. For each weighed bird the program automatically tares before weighing the next bird.

By using the multi-tare system bird weighing is complete even if the bird does not get off of the scale.

Climatec can provide an appropriate weigh plate to complement the XP51 for the bird type being grown.

XP61 Silo control panel showing state of plant with 8673 kg content, distributed meal and water, and timer settings.
COMPUTER CONTROLS

XP61 Silo Control

XP61 carries out weight control by connecting to load cells on the silo.At the set meal times, the quantity of feed to be distributed is dosed. Loading of the silo is recognized automatically, interrupting the distribution, and recording all the data of the silo load (date and quantity of feed loaded), and resuming the distribution at the completed silo load.

By monitoring the feed and distributed water it is possible to predetermine parameters beyond which the minimum or maximum distribution alarm occurs. XP61 integrates the daily timer of control of the water hours, lights, and of 1 free timer: through the connection to an appropriate water meter, it is possible to record the water consumption.

The archive records both the daily and total consumption of the cycle of the following parameters: Feed distributed | Water distributed | Water / feed ratio | Silo loads

XP65 Ventilation control screen showing temperature, humidity, fan steps, and air exchange settings.
COMPUTER CONTROLS

XP65 Ventilation Controller

XP65 – Ventilation Controller, Controls 5 steps of on-off ventilation.XP65 can also be connected to a relative humidity probe to operate the cooling system, CO2 probe and to the depressiometer to operate air inlet vents to a pressure or positional setting.

Air inlets can be set to work according to indoor temperature (Proportional or Floating Mode), on pressure or according to ventilation step in associative mode.

The daily archive records the following parameters and displays them on screen in graph format:

Minimum – Average – Maximum Indoor Temperature

Minimum – Average - Maximum Indoor %RH

Minimum – Average - Maximum Indoor CO2

Heating system working time

XP68 Data Logger

XP68 is a data logger for recording the following parameters and displays them on screen in graph format:

Ambient temperature | Ambient humidity | Ambient CO2 | Ambient NH3 |External temperature | Alarm function for all conditions measured

You can view all of these parameters in the archives of XP68 via graphs.

XP69 Light control panel displaying plant state with luminosity at 32 lux and timer and output controls.
COMPUTER CONTROLS

XP69 – 0-10v Dimmable Light Controller

Controls ascending and descending ramps and the standby timing at minimum value and is compatible with all dimmable lights 0-10v. XP69 can work by percentage 0 to 100% or by programming the required lux with the optional LXD probe.

When the lux sensor is installed you can also switch lights off via the cut-off function when the ambient luminosity is higher than the set one. The work curve can be calendarized on a day-by-day basis so the right light can be given to animals according to the day of cycle.

When the lights are on you can set a period of time when the light percentage can be altered to make mealtimes easier. Two extra daily timers are available to control lights by on-off system. Min-Average-Max outside temperature
