Combined with data from DOL 53 on the inlet side, data from DOL 51 can be used to ensure that air cleaners run as efficiently as possible. A new generation CO2 sensor that withstands high-pressure cleaning. This sensor measures the carbon dioxide level and air quality in livestock houses. The new robust DOL 119 is IP 67 protected and has a waterproof cap which means the sensor can with stand high pressure cleaning. This is a capacitive proximity sensor with no time delay, for detection of feed, grain and solids in a feeding system. LEDs indicate when the switches are activated. The DOL 41 has no time delay – the relay switches as soon as the sensor is activated and remains in this position until the activating factor stops. Highly reliable, the DOL 41 has a powerful built-in 10A relay with switch function. The sensors are available in two variants: 10-30V AC/DC and 90-250V AC.

The DOL 43 is a capacitive proximity sensor with an option for delayed switch-off and management of the delay length, designed to detect feed, grain and solid materials. LEDs indicate when the switches are activated and this sensor has an option for delayed switch-off and management of the delay length. When the activation stops, the time delay starts. When the delay expires, the relay switches back; the delay length is easily adjusted by two switches. The DOL 26 capacitive sensor is designed to detect loose and solid materials, helping to ensure reliable feed distribution in livestock houses. This sensor is ideal for inclusion in small applications with limited space, such as inside the feed line hopper. Available with both a straight and angled cable exit as well as SCR, PNP and NPN output options with smooth and threaded housings. The cable-return option is especially suited for feeding pans. Energy efficient with very low power consumption in off state, which gives the option for sensors working in parallel on the same contactor.
